I’m happy to hear questions about anything covered on this site — kids’ sugar intake, snack swaps, lunch gear, supplements I’ve researched, screen time. Fair warning on the limits though: I’m a mom who reads research, not a medical professional, so I can’t give personal medical advice about your child. For that, your pediatrician wins every time.
